
Stir Fry With Sausage and Vegetables Recipe
Heat things up with #BaysideButchery's flavourful sausages in this Spicy Sausage and Veggie Stir-Fry!
Ingredients:
- 500g Bayside Butchery sausages, sliced
- 2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha or chilli sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Method:
- Heat olive oil in a large pan or wok. Cook sausage slices until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add onions, bell peppers, and broccoli to the pan, and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Mix soy sauce and sriracha, then pour into the pan. Toss in the sausages and mix well.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles for a spicy kick!
