Ingredients:
- 500g Bayside Butchery topside mince
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- Caramelised onions (optional)
- Lettuce and pickles for garnish

Method:
- In a bowl, season #BaysideButchery ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into 4 equal-sized patties.
- Heat a skillet or grill and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until they’re golden and juicy.
- Top each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese during the last minute of cooking.
- Toast the burger buns and spread burger sauce on the base. Add lettuce, pickles, and caramelised onions if desired. Top with the cheese-covered patty and finish with the bun lid.
