
Herb-Crusted Roast Beef
Our Herb-Crusted Roasted Beef is simple, tender, juicy, and the perfect Mother’s Day recipe. Whip up a green salad and some roasted potatoes and you have a spread!
Ingredients:
- BaysideButchery Boneless Roast Beef (1.2–1.5kg)
- Thyme, rosemary, parsley, garlic, olive oil, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper
Method:
- Preheat to 200°C
- Make herb rub with olive oil, Dijon mustard & herbs
- Coat beef, roast for 40-60 mins depending on how done you’d like it.
- Let rest 10 mins before slicing
