Ingredients:
- Bayside Chicken Breast Fillets (8 pieces – for double patties)
- Burger Buns (4)
- Lettuce (fresh leaves)
- Tomato (sliced)
- Cheddar Cheese (4 slices)
- Avocado (sliced)
- Bayside’s BBQ Sauce or your favourite sauce
- Pickles (optional)
- Olive Oil (for cooking)
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- Garlic Powder (optional)

Instructions:
- Season the Bayside chicken fillets with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika for an extra kick. Drizzle with a little olive oil and let them marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken fillets for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
- Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each fillet during the last minute of cooking to melt it.
- While the chicken cooks, lightly toast the burger buns in a separate pan with a small amount of olive oil until golden brown.
- Spread a generous amount of Bayside BBQ sauce on the bottom of each bun. 6. Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, followed by a cooked chicken fillet with melted cheese.
- Add another chicken fillet, more cheese, tomato slices, avocado slices, and pickles if desired.
- Top with the other half of the bun, slice, and serve immediately with your favourite sides.
