Chicken and Mushroom Alfredo Recipe

Whip up a creamy delight with #BaysideButchery's fresh chicken in this Chicken and Mushroom Alfredo!

Ingredients:

  • 500g Bayside Butchery chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 300g pasta of choice (penne, fettuccine, etc.)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and cook chicken until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté mushrooms and garlic until softened.
  4. Add cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper, stirring until sauce thickens.
  5. Toss in the cooked pasta and chicken. Serve hot for a creamy dinner delight!
