
Chicken and Mushroom Alfredo Recipe
Whip up a creamy delight with #BaysideButchery's fresh chicken in this Chicken and Mushroom Alfredo!
Ingredients:
- 500g Bayside Butchery chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 300g pasta of choice (penne, fettuccine, etc.)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt butter and cook chicken until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté mushrooms and garlic until softened.
- Add cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper, stirring until sauce thickens.
- Toss in the cooked pasta and chicken. Serve hot for a creamy dinner delight!
